Delivery is FREE to most mainland locations. Your furniture will be delivered on a pre-booked service with our own drivers or with a specialist furniture delivery company. Assistance may be required for heavy items going upstairs or with awkward access.

We may also deliver items via pallet, depending on your location.

Due to the large, heavy and bulky nature of our furniture, some postcodes carry a delivery surcharge (per order), as listed below:-

We accept the following methods of payment

	If paying by PayPal, please ensure to include a contact telephone number. Please specify any requests or options in the comment field when you make your payment.
	We can accept all credit and debit cards over the phone with the exception of American Express.
Cheque	We accept cheques, although we cannot dispatch any items until the cheque has cleared into our bank account. Please make cheques payable to Casa Bella Furniture and write your eBay User ID on the reverse.
Upon Collection	If you"re collecting, feel free to pay when you arrive. Contact us for more information about which payment methods we accept at our warehouse.

• We accept returns of items reported to us within 14 days of receipt. All items to be returned must be collected by our own drivers unless the buyer is specifically instructed otherwise.
• In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to help and will always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible. We will arrange the collection of any items to be returned.
• If your item has a fault, please contact us by e-mail or post with details of the problem and include a photograph illustrating the fault. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced at no cost to the buyer as quickly as possible (although please allow up to 4 weeks). If a replacement is unavailable, the buyer will be refunded in full including the original delivery cost paid.
• Unwanted items without faults may also be returned and no reason must be given. The buyer will be refunded in full minus a collection charge of £65 for furniture items delivered by 2-man courier, or twice the original delivery cost for all other items.
• Return charges apply to all dispatched items. Customers are expected to be flexible and make themselves available for delivery. If delivery is not possible because the customer is unable to make themselves available, the item will be returned and the return charges will apply.
• All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition.
